Yon is the clan’s private Discord companion: one place for your profile, account track, Academy help, clan activities, and optional RuneLite achievement sharing.

What is Yon the Clanfather?

Yon is a custom Discord bot built specifically for Yons. It helps members organize their RuneScape identity, find guidance that fits their account, follow clan activities, and connect optional services without turning the server into a wall of commands.

Most member features begin with /yon. The panel is shown privately to the member who opened it, so profile choices, goals, and setup steps do not need to clutter public channels.

Main command

What does /yon do?

  • Profile: connect your RuneScape name and choose the F2P or Members track.
  • Goals: record what you are working toward so Yon can give more relevant help.
  • Academy: open lessons and practical account guidance from one private menu.
  • Clan board: view decrees, competitions, votes, and winner nomination options when available.
  • Privacy: review or change the information tied to your member profile.
RuneLite plugin

What is Dink?

Dink is a third-party RuneLite Plugin Hub plugin that can create Discord-style notifications for supported in-game milestones. Depending on the event and your settings, those notifications can include details such as your RuneScape name, level, drop, quest, boss milestone, combat achievement, and a screenshot.

Yon gives each member a private managed connection. Instead of posting everything Dink notices, Yon forwards only the categories and milestones selected for the clan, helping keep the achievement channel useful rather than noisy.

Installation

Where do I get Dink?

Open RuneLite

Select the configuration wrench in RuneLite’s sidebar.

Open Plugin Hub

Scroll to the bottom of the plugin list and open the Plugin Hub.

Search for Dink

Find the Dink listing and install it. Plugin Hub additions are third-party plugins rather than built-in RuneLite features.

Connect it to Yon

Run /yon-dink connect in the clan Discord, then follow the private setup instructions.

Member commands

/yon

Opens your private member panel for profile setup, account track, goals, Academy help, clan activities, nominations, and privacy controls.

Dink

RuneLite connection

/yon-dink connect

Creates a private managed configuration URL for Dink. Running it again replaces and revokes the previous connection.

/yon-dink status

Shows whether your connection is active, which RuneScape identity is linked, and whether Yon has recently received activity.

/yon-dink settings

Changes available member notification preferences while keeping the clan’s server-side anti-spam rules in place.

/yon-dink disconnect

Revokes your current Dink connection and stops future events from using it.

Keep Dink URLs private. A managed configuration URL functions like a credential. Do not post it in Discord, screenshots, tickets, or messages. Run /yon-dink connect again immediately if it is exposed.
